Noble’s Warehouse Material Coordinator I - Is responsible for receiving, stocking, and inventory at the civil engineering store warehouse as well as making deliveries on Base. Duties include:

  • Following Noble’s quality management processes for receiving, storing, and shipping orders and building bills of material

  • Using wireless scanning guns for receiving and pick, pack, and ship functions within the warehouse, scan all incoming shipments and store material in designated bin locations in warehouse

  • Shelving bulky and oversized materials in proper locations (e.g., pipes, lumber, and metal)

  • Assembling products for multiple item orders and delivering to customer sites on Base

  • Notifying customer service representatives when back-ordered items are received and submitting monthly inventory lists to the Store Manager

  • Stocking store shelves

  • Ensuring warehouse is clean, organized, and efficient

  • Picking up materials from local supply vendors

  • Boxing and repackaging and disposing of pallets

  • Maintaining OSHA certifications

  • Receiving and shipping defective products and returns,

  • Maintaining hazardous waste certification and applying hazardous waste and disposal processes and certifications on material handling equipment

Requirements

Education:

  • Associate’s degree in related field

  • Equivalent combination of experience and education

Experience & Background:

  • Experience with MRO, building, and industrial products

  • Experience working in a U.S. Military installation environment

  • Customer service background a plus

  • Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Forklift Certified is a Plus

Requirements:

  • Commercial Driver’s License

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects while consistently meeting

deadlines in a fast-paced environment
