U.S. Bank Northern California Market President - Commercial Banking in North Little Rock, Arkansas
We are looking for a dynamic leader to represent our Middle Market Commercial Banking Group in Northern California. Our new leader will oversee the San Francisco Commercial Banking office as well as other offices that make up the Northern California footprint. This role will provide the right person the opportunity to lead a legacy region for our bank, work with some of the best in the industry and ensure our continued commitment to the communities we serve.
This leader provides direction, makes strategic decisions, business decisions, and overall leadership by managing Middle- Market Commercial Banking loan activity for a major geographical area at U.S. Bancorp. Primary focus involves expanding and servicing a variety of large and highly complex loans to customers in Northern California. Takes a leadership role in all aspects of relationship management, including dedication to customers, quality, accountability, deposit growth, and fee income growth.
Sustain profitability and growth of the region.
Determine staff development needs and create appropriate action plans.
Provide Strategic direction and leadership to pursue objectives of the region.
Actively ensure compliance with all US Bancorp policies and procedures such as Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, Etc.
15 years of banking experience
9 years of management experience
BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or other related field
Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
