Molex is seeking a talented Global Operations Integration Manager to be responsible for operations integration for new Molex acquisitions. The position is responsible for identifying operations improvement opportunities during due diligence and developing plans to achieve savings as a percent of revenue through various methods including but not limited to training, leadership, and knowledge share of Molex capabilities after the acquisition.
Develop an opportunity assessment process for newly acquired manufacturing facilities that facilitates the development of an improvement strategy.
Develop 1, 3, and 5 year plans to achieve operations savings through integration activities and quick wins (standardization/JDI, etc.) for new Molex acquisitions.
Train, mentor, and develop leaders to achieve agreed savings plans.
Work with division operations to secure resources to meet savings targets
Oversee the operations integration to ensure that milestones are met and any barriers are identified and appropriately resolved.
Lead implementation projects at new acquisitions as assigned by management
Make presentations to leadership regarding status updates and integration needs.
Serve as a key resource to drive excellence and improvements using lean manufacturing methodologies
Works globally with top leaders, must be accurate and remain calm in a fast paced environment
Treat M&A information with the utmost confidence.
Accurately identify operations savings and building plans to achieve savings.
Understand, support and comply with current Molex policies and practices related business programs. Including but not limited to government regulations, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S), Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Management Systems.

Molex is seeking an organized and analytical Associate Project Manager to assist or lead the planning and execution of whole or portions of projects related to New Product Development and Release, Modifications, Capacity Additions, and Manufacturing Process Transfers globally within the Copper Solutions Business Unit.
Develops, documents, and maintains the Project Plans (Scope, Schedule, Budget, Risks, Success Criteria, etc.) for assigned New Product Development, Capacity Tooling Deployment, Manufacturing Process Transfers, and/or Continuous Improvement projects.
Leads or assists Project Manager in leading cross functional New Product Development teams through the execution, monitoring, and achievement of the Project Plan using Project Management methodologies such as Action Item Lists, Gantt Charts, Risk Reduction Registers, Team Meetings, etc.
Proactively identifies, documents, and executes risk reduction activities to minimize Project Risks associated with Cost, Quality, and Timing that could negatively affect Project Plan achievement.
Clearly and concisely communicates status of assigned projects to both external and internal stakeholders. Identifies and communicates project barriers to gain management action to remove.
Advocate and ensure project team adherence to the Product Development Process and other related procedures.
Maintains Planned and Actual Phase Dates in Molex Resource and Portfolio Management (RPM) system for assigned Projects.
