Support Harrison Energy Partners New Systems Sales department with equipment takeoffs, submittals, order entry, order tracking, and project management.
PRIMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet daily deadlines for plan and spec jobs.
Order job equipment accurately.
Make accurate job submittals.
Communicate credit requirements and shipping information to customers.
Handle phone calls from customers.
Support outside sales customers when Outside Sales Associates are absent.
Promote and sell equipment to house accounts.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Broad knowledge of and ability to learn technical concepts in the field HVAC required. Equivalent to 4 years of college, or 2 years technical degree, or 3 years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
State driver’s license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED:
_ Basic X Intermediate __ Advanced
Specific Programs and/or skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions via e-mail, phone, in person-to-person, and in small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
