The Administrative Assistant maintains schedules and travel and prepares documents (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation graphics) for assigned executive(s). Works under minimal supervision exercising initiative and judgment.
Coordinate calendars for assigned executive(s).
Prepare and proof correspondence, reports and other written material and prioritize work assigned to meet individual goals of the executive(s).
Coordinate travel arrangements for executive(s) and other personnel as required.
Schedule various in-house and outside meetings (including luncheon meetings) as required.
May produce expense reports for department.
May process invoices for payment.
Assist with special projects, reports and activities.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Previous administrative or related experience required
