Kelly Services Customer Service Representative in Alexander, Arkansas

Job Description

Answer or direct inquiries of incoming calls, serve as a key contact to assist users or customers using or selling Customer product. May solicit orders for merchandise or services over the phone. May be involved in troubleshooting and resolving inquires via telephone of email and ensure all follow thorough necessary is done. Work experience or education in a particular field may be helpful or required. Prior call center/help desk experience is preferred

Other duties may include handling returns, this includes heavy email volume, phone calls with US and global affiliates and freight companies, obtaining POD from global affiliates, filing and other clerical duties.

Hours from 7:30am-4pm but can offer some flexibility. Pay: $13/hr.
